Lindy helped us through the sale of our property in Underwood. At that stage we had no idea what our new address was, we were still looking at property.  The first stage was professionally executed & waited for our settlement on 31st March 2025. During this time, we found & signed a contract on a new property at Springwood.  This was just prior to cyclone Alfred.  The vendors were happy to shorten the settlement time to 12th March, this suited us as we could settle simultaneously both properties. Unfortunately, Lindy suffered power outage at her personal home over a period of days, but still realised a lot of groundwork was needed on the purchase.  Paperwork was prepared.  She made an appointment at the earliest convenience for us to sign documents & start an urgency on the searches. If it had not been for Lindy’s ability to forsee our urgency, the transaction may have been in jeopardy. We appreciate Lindy’s professional assistance & empathetic approach to clients needs.

I am so happy about the children on boxing day thank you very much, you dont know how much this means to me and my family.
